By which I mean, I just put on Monkey Chant for the first time pretty much since I bought the album and it basically blew me across the floor. What else is there like this, its pretty spacey, a looser version of early Reich with the tribal drumming influence worn much more clearly on its sleeve. The production is beautifully visceral and the whole thing chugs forward with this unstoppable momentum and then pulls back a little and then goes at it even more. The little electronic noises are really funny as well and when the main theme comes in about three minutes in it sounds like Talking Heads the way they were originally described to me years ago and not the somewhat disappointing reality.
If you have this and it reminds you of anything else tell me because right now this is all I wanna hear.

I'm bumping this because I really want answers. Last FM similar artists are pathetic.
