Boys and girls who walk around the park holding hands, often completely broke but still dreaming about buying
candy. They smoke cigarettes.

Interpret as you will.

Oh -- and they play with balloons.

eins, zwei, drei, vier

Los niños en el parque
son muy afortunados
van paseando
???? en el parque (can't get this one)
son muy afortunados
van paseando
y sueñan caramelos
a besos y dinero
los niños y las niñas

los niños y las niñas
van andando juntos
son afortunados
quién dice (que) son unos santos?

los niños en el parque
son afortunados
van paseando
y se dan la mano
sueñan caramelos
a besos y dinero

los niños y las niñas
pero quién dice que son inocentes?
fumarán cigarrillos
jugarán con bombas

los niños y las niñas
son afortunados
van paseando
y se dan la mano
sueñan caramelos
a besos y dinero

los niños y las niñas

los niños en el parque
son muy afortunados
van paseando
y se dan la mano
sueñan caramelos
a besos y dinero

los niños y las niñas
no son inocentes
fuman cigarillos
juegan con bombas

los niños en el parque
son afortunados
van paseando
y se dan la mano
sueñan caramelos
a besos y dinero

no son inocentes
fuman cigarrillos
juegan con bombas

A quick translation, please note that the the grammar of some verses in the original is not correct:

Kids in the park
are very lucky
they walk around
????? in the park
they are very lucky
they walk around
and dream of candy
to kisses and money
the boys and the girls

boys and girls
walk around together
they are lucky
who says they're saints?

kids in the park
are lucky
they walk around
and hold hands
they dream of candy
to kisses and money

boys and girls
but who sais they're innocent?
they will smoke cigarettes
they will play with bombs

boys and girls
are lucky
they walk around
and hold hands
they dream of candy
to kisses and money

boys and girls

kids in the park
are very lucky
they walk around
and hold hands
they dream of candy
to kisses and money

the boys and the girls
are not innocent
they smoke cigarettes
they play with bombs

kids in the park
are lucky
they walk around
and hold hands
they dream of candy
to kisses and money

they are not innocent
they smoke cigarettes
they play with bombs

Now that I listen to it again, the accent is confusing but "unos santos" (saints) is actually "inocentes" (innocent). Means roughly the same thing, though.
