so cute
One of the most boring bands i ever saw. Once supporting Unida in 1999 and a few years headlining over Nebula.

I like 'em! On a once-a-year basis (live or rekkid). But not much more than that

My metalhead co-worker likes them, he recommended them to me but I haven't got round to listening to them yet!

Thumbs up-also, Nebula sux

Wrong. Totally wrong. Most of the Glasgow folks were only there for Nebula (who were brilliant) and left when Orange Goblin were on as they were so bad.

Then Glasgow's got shit taste because as I said above, Nebula sux.

ooh i would be pretty disappointed if they were bad live. that's kind of the whole point of stoner metal bands with me, is to see them and get rocked. anyway, i like them, sure they sound almost exactly like a million other bands but there's something sort of "garage days re-revisited" about them that i find endearing. plus the totally over-the-top and barely in control vocals which are way UP in the mix, rather than just another "texture" like so many of these cheeseheads seem to do

There's hundreds of superior stoner rock bands. Nebula included.

It didn't help that OG played their best song 1st. So there was nothing to look forward to. They were just a bad heavy rock band to be honest. I'm sure they may different now. FWIW the people there to see them(who seemed to appear after Nebula finished) were well into it. Most of them not under 35 hehe.

yeah when was it? their more recent stuff is way funkier/punkier than early stuff
― Tracer Hand, Wednesday, 25 July 2007 19:03 (eighteen years ago)
1999 supporting Unida and probably 2000 or 2001 headlining over Nebula. Maybe they've got good then. I should perhaps cut them some slack meanwhile.
Nebula were brilliant back then. They kinda lost it with the last few albums though a bit. Not bad albums but nowhere near as great as the 1st 3. Always thought Nebula were better than Fu Manchu as well.

Was digging their new album until I got to the 7-minute anti-vax song.
