At the time, my favourite was Big in Japan. Close-run thing between Purple Rain or I Feel For You now though.

I thought about voting for "Big In Japan" too, but there are stronger tracks on the "Forever Young" album.

despite a good tracklist "Lost in Music" still wins by a million and a bit miles.

"Some Guys Have All The Luck" by far - certainly my favorite Rod track, the only competition on here is "Thriller" and I'm rooting for the underdog.

i'm amazed actually that ANYONE could think Lost in music wasn't the best song on this list.

I loved this album at the time. Played it and played it and played it some more. All these songs sounded exciting to a 10 year old. 'cept maybe the Jacksons and Sade, which still sound dull.

Lost in Music, by a nose from Purple Rain. Although I think when I got it my fave was the Meatloaf one.
