I was watching a video of one of their live shows and I must say that I like them. What do you all think of them?

And this is off topic but I wish that my e-mail address was actually foo@bar.com, so that it would look like foo@bar.com

I preferred their earlier incarnation as the Cockroaches. I am not being facetious BTW

You're not alone there.

two years pass...
I was playing the Lucksmiths tonight in my car in the Safeway parking lot while my girlfriend went in to buy some bread and some older lady, around 70, asked me if I was playing the Wiggles :).

i can see how she might draw that conclusion. marty's puntasticness may well see him with a future career in songwriting for children.

I just looked them up. I didn't know they were that huge. They played stadium arenas here, a little bigger than Lucksmith's at Bottom of the Hill :). I also played a bit of their streams, they do kind of sound the same sort of....

yeah, my oldest is addicted to the wiggles. (he's 2.) they are HUGE. they're on disney every morning.

pretty silly stuff.

favorite tunes ... (realize my mind has been warped by over exposure.)

we're all friends (reminds me of free design)
big red car
get ready to wiggle
uncle noah's ark
little brown ant
hot potato
fruit salad (yummy yummy)
crunchy munchy honey cakes
shaky shaky (i'm convinced that wolf eyes needs to cover this)
our boat is rocking the sea
we're dancing with wags the dog
ponies
numbers rhumba
henry the octopus

they have loads of tracks in foreign languages and stuff. some of that is fun.

that's probably way more than anybody here would care to know.

A quote from Murray Wiggle in a recent interview:

"At the Big Day Out earlier this year, Wilco — 'cause you go to a lot of gigs, I've seen you — Wilco were performing and their lead singer stopped and said, "Holy shit. Is that you, Murray?""

How's that for embarrassment
