I want those yellow, mellow, saccharine slow jams people.Something like Brandy's 'WOW' or Mariah's 'Always be my baby'. So far on my list are the above two, Beyonce's 'Irreplaceable', Usher's 'Twork It Out', Kelly Rowland's 'Train on a Track' and Tamia's 'So into you'. There have to be more I don't know about.

I'm so pleased you check for Brandy's "WOW" - I have been raving about that song for years and years to a chorus of indifference.
If you don't mind some islander flavouring, I reckon both Mya's "Things Come & Go" and Rihanna's "Music of the Sun" fit this general vibe.
(Mya's "Take A Picture" fits perfectly but it's not as good a song as "Things Come & Go").

"Motel" is one of the best things ever but I wouldn't call it "breezy"!!!

well, maybe not in tone, but certainly in vibe...it reminds me of an older MTV profile of Mya, where she did an acoustic version of "Sweet Thing"...talk about fresh!

Dig RPJ's cover of Guitar Man. It's exactly what you're looking for. Really, anything by Ray Parker Jr. will work.
