The easy answer is "Freedom '90," but its Top Ten knockoff holds up very well, and probably does the house-piano shufflebeat thing better. I suspect "Too Funky"'s a bit obscure. Plus, its video is an improved, streamlined version of "Freedom '90."
I like "Freedom '90" fine, but it got SO much airplay from programmers, relieved to find the one "fast" George album on an album whose dirges and minor chords begged to be taken seriously. Thus, as a manifesto its impact is dulled. But as a proto coming-out narrative, it's almost as moving as the Pet Shop Boys' "Was It Worth It?"
