"Stay Fly" over "DARE."

Alfred, Lord Sotosyn, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:29 (eighteen years ago)

Grillz vs. Unwritten

milo z, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:32 (eighteen years ago)

Cascada : "Everytime We Touch"

^^^
gives me horrible 7th-grade dance flashbacks

milo z, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:33 (eighteen years ago)

I don't remember this being such a dire time for radio pop. Has the Now series been losing its clout or something? In any case - "Badonkadonk" is fun once a year or so, but "Stay Fly" totally gets my vo o o o oo oo oo oo oote.

Doctor Casino, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:34 (eighteen years ago)

Um....if you were in 7th grade in 2006, I'd refrain from taking an above-it-all, "wasn't it just SO long ago? what children we were!" stance in, um, 2007.

Doctor Casino, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:35 (eighteen years ago)

Wow, this one is tough. I'm going to have to say "Don't Forget About Us," but I could've easily went with "Stay Fly" or "If It's Lovin That You Want" or "Lean Wit It Rock Wit It"...

The Brainwasher, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:35 (eighteen years ago)

I was in 7th Grade in, 1994-5, I think. It's the bad euro-electronica-whatever sound that doesn't seem to have changed at all. Thank god there was no Ben Folds Five "Brick" analogue.

milo z, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:39 (eighteen years ago)

Is it weird I find "My Humps" delightfully ridiculous?

Stevie D, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:40 (eighteen years ago)

Run It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

musically, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 01:45 (eighteen years ago)

My Humps

Curt1s Stephens, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 02:08 (eighteen years ago)

one (1) vote for fresh azimiz

tremendoid, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 02:47 (eighteen years ago)

"Stay Fly" over "My Humps."

(and how come writing that made me feel dirty?)

JN$OT, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 07:14 (eighteen years ago)

STAY FLY

groovemaaan, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 16:58 (eighteen years ago)

It's coming up
It's coming up
It's coming up
It's coming up
It's dare...

Steve Shasta, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 18:55 (eighteen years ago)

Most of them are horrible, but I like "Unwritten" so I voted for that one.

Geir Hongro, Wednesday, 29 August 2007 19:27 (eighteen years ago)

"Stay Fly" for the landslide (I hope)

Matos W.K., Thursday, 30 August 2007 03:12 (eighteen years ago)

If anyone wonders who that one person who voted for All-American Rejects was, it was me.

Automatic thread bump. This poll is closing tomorrow.

ILX System, Friday, 31 August 2007 23:01 (eighteen years ago)

1. Black Eyed Peas : "My Humps"
2. Chris Brown featuring Juelz Santana : "Run It!"
3. Three 6 Mafia featuring Eightball and MJG & Young Buck : "Stay Fly"
4. Natasha Bedingfield : "Unwritten"
5. Fall Out Boy : "Dance, Dance"
6. Gorillaz featuring Shaun Ryder : "DARE"
7. Rihanna : "If It's Lovin' That You Want"
8. Dem Franchize Boyz featuring Peanut & Charlay : "Lean wit It, Rock wit It"
9. The Pussycat Dolls : "Stickwitu"
10. T-Pain : "I'm Sprung"

A fine vintage. There are a good fifteen songs that I like, which I think is the highest proportion yet. I'll stick up for the Mariah, Clarkson, Nelly, and even the Rejects and Bow Wow tunes.

"Run It!" = 1

:(

musically, Sunday, 2 September 2007 01:52 (eighteen years ago)

Run It is the worst song on the list.

My name is Kenny, Sunday, 2 September 2007 03:02 (eighteen years ago)

It's not that bad. Along with "Excuse Me Miss," it's probably the only palatable Chris Brown single ("Say Goodbye" might be one, too, but I can't listen to it for personal reasons)

Tape Store, Sunday, 2 September 2007 03:07 (eighteen years ago)

run it is cool, 'unwritten' was the robbed! but my vote was propping up another loser

tremendoid, Sunday, 2 September 2007 03:14 (eighteen years ago)

Hey, I called it right for once! Whatdoyaknow...

JN$OT, Sunday, 2 September 2007 07:09 (eighteen years ago)

Johnny Fever: stop doing this

luriqua, Sunday, 2 September 2007 07:10 (eighteen years ago)

There are only two more volumes to poll anyway, hater.

Johnny Fever, Sunday, 2 September 2007 07:22 (eighteen years ago)
