Damn, I had to vote against my own state. Picked NOLA cause I think Lil' Wayne is ruling the South right now.

I love H-Town but I've been disappointed with Slim Thug and Lil' Flip lately. I really want them to do something different.

I'm going with ATL just based on variety and breadth. Most of those other places you can trace almost everything back to 2 or 3 particular labels or crews, in Atlanta there's just so many generations of different shit from Dungeon Fam to crunk to snappin' and trappin' and etc.

yo gotti first out the gate, then royce, rappin on a flip of the old shyne beat. i gotta be honest, royce is incredible to me right now. i love where he's comin from, doin tracks with big herc, cee-lo, whatever. i got that balance mixtape, his freestyle on the ball & g "you dont want drama" beat is probably the nicest i heard this year. theres not alot of rappers who can be lyrical and flow like that while still comin street. yo gotti does that too. lately i have been real up on memphis, in the south to me it goes 1) ATL 2) NEW ORLEANS 3) MEMPHIS. they got so much talent up there! this verse is not really nothin special but he comes nice with it, i love a yo gotti verse just for reppin m and not talkin any kind of hoe shit. he just opens his mouth and real is what comes out. but royce is really why you wanna hear this, still doin those gruff barks at the end of a line, still goin doubletime like its nothin, still is gutter as hell. he does detroit and the midwest proud.
