heard this on V103 in chicago today when i was helping a friend move, its driving me crazy - its a disco groove w/ basically just an organ lick. Then there's this guy (male singer w/ deep gravelly strong voice) who keeps saying these two lines -
"[something something], feel the clap!" (claps) "[something something], One more clap!" (claps)
he also says things about shaking rumps
except i MAY have switched up the order - so its "one more clap, (clap) [something something]"
In addition, there is a background chorus that comes in and out that i BELIEVE was something along the lines of "Do it how you wanna do it" sung by men, i think.
and yes, preemptive stdlol @ "feel the clap"

he repeats the lines about clapping over and over thru the song, and i never remember hearing any verses or anything like this, but i might have just caught the last 3 mins of the groove or something. was mastered kind of lo-fi
