So, there opens up the ability to chart a one-track CD (price 60p) and the memory chip version, and a 'special' two 'track' version (£1.20), which could be one song and one video, and so on.

don't see the point of this at all. why would you only want to release one song on a CD that has so much more capacity available? such a waste (always has been i know but do people really want to buy a CD that has just one track on it?)
