If you discard Blur and Oasis, the top 20 is really quite good! "Shy Guy", "Human Nature", "Waterfalls", "Son of a Gun", "Come and Get Your Love"...

blur and oasis are almost certainly two of the better things in that top 20, much as it pains me to say it.

The #1 was one of the Top 20 best singles ever released, and is of course an obvious winner here. With "Roll With It" - an underrated Oasis classic - just as obvious as the runnerup.
