As a method of making some extra cash for your meagre existence, and relative to, say, telesales or high street charity mugging.
I don't do this but I keep going into shops and seeing shit for sale that you can take a fair bet will be going for bigger bucks in two months or so. Then thinking about buying it, checking myself and letting it go.
It was just bugging me yesterday, especially, so just wondered if anyone made a habit out of it, or had reason to be especially hacked off about it.

i was gonna buy all those analord records by aphex twin and the folder to sell, but i didn't get around to it. it's worth quite a bit now.

not at all. i probably got everything on my wants list from people who do this. i can't buy stuff people want to keep for themselves y'know.
