I think there's a lot of black/folk metal with Viking themes, but I don't the genre well enough to give any names.

Hedningarna is a good suggestion in general. The Swedish folk rocker Nordman might work as well. Loituma is Finnish folk music though, little to do with Vikings.

The closest to "viking rave" I can think of is a trance cover of Windir's "Mørkets Fyrste" by E-HEAD. I recall having heard it and not liking too much, but it's worth a listen at least.

You can find it on the Valfar, ein Windir tribute compilation.

Also there might be some Hedningarna remixes out there. At least one by DJ Anti I think. I don't know what do they sound like, but most Hedningarna tunes are are quite danceable in origin.

I have a ridiculous Eurodance version of "In the Hall of the Mountain King" from Edvard Gried's Peer Gynt on some compilation. I could email it to you, if you want?

And if you ever play at a Scottish theme party, I think the same compilation also has this great house tune based around a bagpipe loop.

As for Medieval folky house music, you could also give this a try, though I'm not sure how Vikingy it sounds.
