My earlier threads on ILM were mostly attempts at badgering favorite songs out of people so that I could make better mix cds. That was before I found out that ILX had a collective personality of people who kinda know each other. I rarely post like that anymore because I respect people's right to not have to read boring nonsense. But I still like this one and I don't think it's too selective or boring. I'm not gonna badger you to post suggestions though.

The channel was called adult progressive for the longest time. I actually think it had better music back then.

For instance I would like to actually know what the best Jewel songs are because I don't have time to listen to all her stuff. Or Natalie Merchant and 10,000 maniacs. Or Melissa Etheridge.
