Vocalist is a woman (or young male) with crazy thick patois accent. The hook contains the words "talk of the town". The beat samples a solo sax line that's vaguely familiar. Very club friendly in a "whine up" kat deluma kinda way. Anybody know? Thanks!

According to yes.com's page on WKTU, Rihanna & Sean Paul - Break It Off was played on the station at the time you asked this question. I don't think there's any "talk of the town" line in the song though.

Thanks musically, but that's not it. I tried looking at the stations playlists too because i heard the song like three times in one day and figured it was the latest smash. Still nothing/searching.
