Is "Romeo", from the "Flashdance" soundtrack a "Bad Girls" outtake?

It contains synth sounds and a very characteristic sax that were used on the fourth "Bad Girls" side, but from what I know usually not used by Giorgio Moroder around 1983. Plus she didn't otherwise work with Moroder at that time.
