Hmmm. We have all forgotten about the "Miami Vice" theme. Lasted for briefly over 1 minute in its 1985 single hit version.
In the U.S., "Stay" is the shortest No. 1, and Duane Eddy's "Some Kind-a Earthquake" the shortest charter, I'm pretty sure.
