using iTunes as mp3blog aggregator

Is it possible to subscribe to mp3blog RSS feeds in iTunes in such a way that it will automatically download newly posted mp3s directly into iTunes, as it can do with podcasts? I currently use Google Reader to aggregate mp3blog feeds but I get bored of manually downloading individual songs.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Is it simply IMPOSSIBLE???

I see that there is a separate program for Mac designed to do this ("Peel"), so I may look into that, but I'd really prefer to keep everything in iTunes.

Can you not add the rss addresses in as podcasts in that section of iTunes?

I am kind of busy right at the moment but I just thought of it and don't really have time to test it, sorry.

not really what your after, but by using the downthemall-extension on firefox you can download all the mp3's on one page - say, from google reader - in one go. at least saves you clicking each and every track.

No because podcasts have "enclosures" that hold the urls of mp3 files

The problem is that many great mp3 blogs use file hosting services (which ILXers are very familiar with) instead of directly linking mp3's, so an RSS feed of those into iTunes or that yahoo pipes thing is pretty much pointless. I use google reader to aggregate blogs, so at least I have download links. I download files into folders sorted by blog before importing into iTunes so if I like something, I can figure out from whence it came.
