Eva Cassidy lived in Bowie, Maryland not Annapolis. Good Charlotte are from Waldorf, Maryland I believe.

Cassidy's from Bowie, but lived in Annapolis for most of her active career. Same deal with GC: formed in Waldorf, moved to Crabtowne, got famous there. Close enough for me.

When I used to live in Baltimore, I saw signs for Jimmie's Chicken Shack constantly, and I thought "there's a hard-working local band I should try to go see at some point" but I never did. And I never found out what they sounded like. And as a very small apology to them I have voted for them in this poll.
