i've only heard 'single again' and i think it's pretty good. it's really disco diva i think

Don't ask me to say why but it just doesn't seem right for Trina to make a successful album post Diamond Princess. I still want her to succeed though.

I like the album fine; liked her last one, too. Favorite on the new one is the totally wacky "I Got a Bottle," featuring Missy; after that, "Hot Commodity" and "Still Da Baddest" and "Single Again" and "Stop Traffic" (with Pitbull) -- I like all of those more than "Look Back At Me," probably. (Most boring cuts: "Killing You Hoes" and "Clear It Out").

not really surprised about this not being that good. but the song i DLd from cocaine blunts a little while back was hot.

What I wrote about the new album on my Rhapsody blog:

It’s admittedly not as earth-shattering as her first two, but then neither was 2005’s The Glamorest Life; and people underrated that one, too. What I will say is this: “Still the Baddest” itself rocks harder than most hard rock has lately; the Missy duet “I Got a Bottle” is a laugh-riot electro-freakazoid throwback to Stacy Lattisaw’s “Attack of The Name Game." Trina’s kinetic phrasing in “Hot Commodity” cracks me up, too; “Single Again” balances back-on-the-market melancholy with euphoric whoot-whoot; and the Keyshia Cole collaboration “I Got a Thang for You” is a sweet R&B diversion. Some of the more self-consciously mean and nasty tracks would be easier to live without, but as porn-rap goes, at least Trina’s has a sense of humor. And I also like how she still brags about the size of her butt so much.

i would add 'clear it out' to the the list above of the great, great tracks on this album, but the disparity between those four and...the rest of it, is saddening :(((

still! those 4 are really great, better than anything on glamorest, and i'll take what i can get. 'i got a bottle' is my favourite too, like a nastier, brattier 'sexyback'

there are a couple of other passable ones maybe, but i can't remember them. the one with pitbull, probably, though it's no 'go girl'

I like "Hot Commodity" and the title track a lot more than "Clear It Out" and "Look Back At Me."

I shudder to think that there's actually a song weaker than "Go Girl."
