Words. Anyone knows this song?

Checking the Yo La Tengo songs on my hard disk for covers I found this song called Words (http://home.arcor.de/sound/alex63/Words.mp3"">audio). First I thought it was the closer of Neil Young's Harvest but it isn't. The guitar in the beginning reminds me of an intro to a Velvet Underground song circa third album, I think, but I don't know which one. The lyrics are a little hard to decipher. The part of the refrain I understand is: "The words get stuck in my brain" (Google returns zero results for this!). Ira raises his voice quite high when singing that "words". Who is this beautiful, understated song by? Anyone a clue?

It could be "The words get stuck in my throat" which seems to be a song by Dump, a side-project of James McNew, bass player.

thanks. i listened to the devo song with that name on youtube and it had nothing to do with this. and i am pretty sure the singer (maybe it is james not ira) sings "stuck in my brain" and not "stuck in my throat".

I could be utterly wrong, but doing a google on it seems to bring it up.
