I'm hooked on Metamorfose Ambulante, Seixas' song on the City of God OST. He died young (at around 45 years old, in 1989), and he's apparently a big deal in Brazil, even now.

I had some fairly early stuff I was not all that impressed with (aping 50s rock a little too much iirc) - sounds like his 70s stuff is where he really hit his stride, but seems kinda hard to find. His cuts on that recent Post-Tropicalia comp are great.
