Stratus is sampled on Safe From Harm. The beat on Blue Lines is from Tom Scott's Sneakin' in the Back. I just did a sampled-by-Massive compilation based on this website, which seems pretty thorough and accurate. Check out the Daydreaming/Wally Badarou connection.

Looking back, you've got to admire their sample-sourcing. Once you've got a good grounding in soul you're not going to be surprised by a lot of Premier or RZA samples but I don't think I'd ever have heard the Cobham, Badarou or Mahavishnu tracks if I hadn't been led to them by Blue Lines.
