It's not even the raping and killing and building a cage with her bones, although that makes the song reeeeal awkward when you have a girl in the car lemme tell you.
It's the "'Excitable Boy', they all said" at the end of every line (and even during the SAX solo*). The repetition of that line is fucking nauseating.
