World version has potential

They all sound a bit like Cher. The country version sounds like a pretty terrible likeness of country music to me, but I'm not familiar with the rest of her music, so it could all sound like that.

Up! is such a great record, seriously.

I made my own version using various pop, country and world mixes. I think it was mostly pop except for 5 country mixes (um, from memory, they were "I'm Jealous", "Nah!", "I'm Not In The Mood", "I Ain't Going Down" and "When You Kiss Me") and only 1 world mix ("Juanita")

Ah, so everybody already knew about this. I just stumbled on to it and I'm fascinated.

Although to be honest, what really gets me are the robots and motorcycle chases.

But then the live version...wow!

Do computer generated robots beat a drummer wearing goggles, hip-thrusting violinists, fireworks, and a keytar player? That's one helluva act!

Isn't the country version the one that's on the album? I prefer that one. I don't like the original version (cheesy rock sound) and I really don't like the live one (get those little girls off the stage NOW!) but her tits in that almost make up for it. The World version shows potential if someone could make that into a real 12" dance remix that used the vocal track more sparingly.

"Original" was not an accurate description of the song. It's just that's the one I've heard the most.
