JAZZ D-BAGS: Let's discuss non-Coltrane records that feature both Elvin Jones and McCoy Tyner

Why not? I recently realized I had a few of these and was enjoying hearing this team in a context other than Coltrane -- even though they sure bring that Coltrane sound to whatever they do.
I've got:
Ready For Freddie by Freddie Hubbard (1962) -- A really nice outing with Wayne Shorter and a dude on Euphonium. Couple of very cool extended jams like "Birdlike" and "Crisis."

JuJu by Wayne Shorter (1964) -- Maybe the most Coltrane-y of all, it pretty much sounds like "Crescent" with Wayne Shorter in place of John. Great record, nevertheless, though I might prefer "Speak No Evil" (which has Jones on it but Herbie Hancock instead of Tyner).

Matador by Grant Green (1962) -- Leads off with the Coltrane arrangement of "My Favorite Things" which seems pretty ballsy, but it works! Maybe one of my fave Grant Green performances actually.

The Real McCoy by McCoy Tyner (1967) -- Classic through and through! Ron Carter on bass and Joe Henderson on tenor sax. Everyone starts out deep in the pocket and it stays that way all through til the end.

Inner Urge by Joe Henderson (1964) -- Another great one! Some extended workouts, kinda dark sounding, excellent version of "Night & Day."

What are some other ones? What makes the duo of Tyner and Jones soooo awesome?

Search: Lee Konitz's Motion with Lee and Elvin going off while the late Sonny Dallas pumps out quarter notes like there was no tomorrow. No piano necessary.

I saw Elvin's bass player Chip Jackson at Dizzy's with Ernestine Anderson a few weeks ago and told him I has seem him with Elvin at The Bottom Line way back when and he "Thanks, man!"-ned me.
