As someone who's selling back tons of CDs lately I'm with you on the impulse. Still holding on to the AMT goodies for the moment though. So the new one is a cut above? Nice to hear; will be seeing them at Terrastock in two months for the...fifth time, sixth? Something like that.

Recurring Dream And Apocalypse Of Darkness [2008, Important]

wilter, Thursday, 17 April 2008 01:50 (seventeen years ago)

Recurring Dream And Apocalypse Of Darkness is the by far the heaviest Acid Mothers Temple record yet. So heavy, in fact, that Kawabata Makoto jokingly said "the album is really heavy, maybe a bit like Sunn o))). hahahaha"The limited edition double LP version of Recurring Dream is packaged in a deluxegatefold tip-on heavy duty jacket and it contains two bonus tracks rounding out the double LP set. Both the CD & LP feature remarkable art work by Seldon Hunt.

Reatards Unite, Thursday, 17 April 2008 03:04 (seventeen years ago)

AMT wasn't selling it (or mentioning it) at their SF gig last week either.

I just realised I have that AMT album on my drive but not played it yet. I'd much rather have the grails album though!

Kerr, Thursday, 17 April 2008 12:04 (seventeen years ago)

three weeks pass...

I got the vinyl today, but where the hell are the two extra songs?!

Reatards Unite, Wednesday, 14 May 2008 18:17 (seventeen years ago)

Who knows but I'm listening to the CD and Scott ain't lyin.

Ned Raggett, Sunday, 25 May 2008 03:53 (seventeen years ago)

five months pass...

Anyone heard any of their three (!!!) new albums?

Reatards Unite, Sunday, 16 November 2008 12:43 (seventeen years ago)

three more? oh god, no.

I just can't keep up anymore. I'm exhausted and skint and have more noisy cosmic psych-rock than any mere mortal can reasonably handle.

m the g, Sunday, 16 November 2008 19:36 (seventeen years ago)

If you count the one Cosmic Inferno put out recently, that's four.
