Can't say I really wanted anything he played that night, though.

As a voice and personality, I find him very difficult to dislike.

It's strangely soothing to listen to his 6Music show, because despite the massive changes in the music scene over the past ten years, there's still bands making _exactly_ the same piss poor indie racket that he was playing back in 98. If someone can tell me who the band he played last week, who have a song about a girl with red lipstick eating fish and chips, are, it'd be appreciated. I'd like to give them 0/10 in a review somewhere.

Also, he once helped me run away from a guy who kept trying to punch me in a face in an indie club, back in 1998. Purely by getting in the way.
