Who, in your opinion fits the musical requirements of being the Oatmeal of the world of recorded sound: ie. Nutricious, but uninspiringly flavorless. And who is overwhelmingly flavorful but always burns you in the end?

I think Led Zeppelin is Oatmeal with brown sugar. Pink floyd may be plain Oatmeal.
