I like Bounty Killer's "cross! angry! miserABLE". The other big one I can think of is Vybz Kartel - "up to di time, timeless!" Jamaican music being as big on taking up trends and sucking them dry as it is, I found it strange that I couldn't think of any other deejays who use the introductory line gimmick. Elephant Man has used a few ("SCOOBAY" is the one that springs to mind.) Usually they are dance exhortations.
Both Bounty Killer and Beenie Man have used "PEOPLE DEAD!" Beenie Man's used "Ziggah Zuh" or whatever it is.
