'Cause I do. Much more "return to form" than "When I Was Cruel" was, with songs could have been on "This Year's Model" or "Imperial Bedroom".

yeah, it's ok. a couple of terrific tracks and some good ones. it definitely sounds better than some of his recent releases: less 'produced', less hammering of the compression.

it's okay. probably better than when i was cruel on the whole, definitely better than the delivery man, which was really boring. the record-it-fast approach worked well for him this time. it's still not quite as good as Brutal Youth or Blood and Chocolate but it's the first Costello album I've liked in a long time
