What's a bigger achievement, total incoherence or still making a great tune once one gets to that dangerous point just beyond incompetence, sailing dangerously between Mediocrity on one riverbank and Novelty on the other

No, That's Die Matrosen. As for the original question, it's gotta be "Hedi's head" , a single that has never been far away from my turntable for the last 26 years !
