i was cutting the volume on my rip it off mp3s so they aren't like 3x as loud as everything else on my playlist - had to post that waveform

If you like the others, yeah, you should, but I got diminishing returns from it. I like the new STAY AWAKE ep, though.

rip it off has some crucial tunes -- its def between that and dig yrself for me. paisley reich is awesome, but like an A- compared to a couple of A+'s. also its like a very unbalanced 19min, so it feels weird and top-heavy or something?

Their cover of the Clean's "Anything Could Happen" on the Yeti 6 cd is good.

the velvets tribute show is here. it's entertaining, pretty rough around the edges. parts of it highlight how all their noise usually covers up the fact that they are often horribly off-key. fortunately, being off-key on velvets tunes isn't that big a deal.

this is punk rock music, off-key is a-ok.
