Whitney Houston Vs Micheal Jackson: Who is gonna rock the comeback album best?

I think Micheal Jackson purely because of all the scandal y'know but Whitney Houston has had what could be deemed as 'acceptable' scandal as in no one has accused her of anything nearing the kind of suspect shit that Micheal's been accused of (that I know of, I have heard 'cradle snatcher' comments about her 'relationship' with Ray J) but I digress;
Micheal's got will.I.am, Ne-Yo and ahem Ne-Yo working on some stuff for his album and its all very hush-hush, should be out late this year, early next. In terms of producers he's got; Darkchild (he's been a bit hit and miss lately), Neff-U (working with fucking Heidi Montag), RedOne and Teddy Riley among 'many many others'.
According to wiki, will.I.am describes the album as 'an Off The Wall for today's generation' PFFT. The original Off The Wall is the only 'version' you need. Still I think this could do quite well judging by the sales and reception from Thriller 25....but then again that is a stone cold classic. Potential court cases pending I'm predicting good things.
Onto Whitney 'The Voice' Houston; she too is working with Ne-Yo and will.I.am, as well as Clive Davis, John Legend and uh...R Kelly. Her little teaser appearances here and there have worked up an apetite for some new material but she appears to be taking her sweet time so that she can bring out something solid. Anyway, should be out in November and Clive Davis says this; Davis states "We're not going to compromise who she is to fit into today's hip-hop radio market. The public wants Whitney material."
So you decide, Whitney vs Micheal; whose album will do the best critically and commercially?

Did Thriller 25 actually sell well? The "Wanna Be Starting Something" single tanked. And is he able to spend $10MM on a video again?

That said, you left out what for me is the deciding factor: Michael presumably still has his voice. Whitney, from what little I've seen and heard, does not.

does she still have Bobby Brown? Or did he marry Michael Jackson?

chances a michael album will really be that good are nearly zero

chances a whitney single will get turned into a big trancey house remix that i'll listen to on youtube are pretty good, so, whitney it is.

Whitney is now with Ray J. Yeah, she upgraded. Bobby Brown is writing a a tell all book about how really it was Whitney's fault that he got into crack.
As for Thriller 25 it did decently enough I suppose. I don't think he can spend that much on a vid but he might get people to do it for free.
