Jimmy Ruffin's "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted" is one of my favorite songs of all time: what compilations should I check out?

I thought maybe those "Complete Stax" boxes were what I was looking for, but a lot of those songs are too upbeat and energetic for my tastes (in this style of music, at least). Anyway, that Ruffin tune is probably top 5 songs of all time for me - any specific comps I should check out? Help me out here.
