i love that second Embrace album, the Boo Radleys are, by far, my favorite 90's band but the votes goes to Radiohead just above "Lazarus."

Listening to 'The Private Psychedelic Reel' atm and really wishing it was the Chemical Brothers choice.

That's kinda Chemical Bros for Mojo readers innit.

Not that I've ever heard it, I just remember them and people I know making a big deal like dance and psych had crossed over and the world was gravy here on in.

It's really really good, especially if you're quite soused.

It's a great track though all the same.

Block Rockin Beats was the highlight of the 1st time i saw the chemical brothers. Private Psychedelic Reel was the highlight of the 3 or 4 other times.

Most of the people here are more likely to dislike a mag because of what kind of acts they chose to feature on the frontpage than what kind of acts are being unjustly slaughtered in their reviews. I think that answers your question...

Btw. I am the opposite way. I wouldn't give a flying fuck whether my favourite mags do a feature on acts I dislike - I just don't read that feature - but if they run a negative campaign about one of my favourite acts, or ignore them altogether (like specialist mags such as Kerrang, The Source and Mixmag do with all of my favourite music), then I will dislike that mag.

Q rarely gives a bad review, but they sometimes do. Mainly to the kind of throwaway teenybopper act that nobody who reads music mags (apart from "Smash Hits") likes anyway.
