Usher's new single "Moving Mountains" is oversung and kind of tuneless and I guess this can become the new non-rolling thread for the new Usher album even though I haven't heard it but there

I do have a feeling that I'll come to like "Moving Mountains" eventually, though. (I never did come around to "Love in the Club".) It kind of reminds me of "No Air", which was a definitely a grower. Both are really shiny and epic, but where "No Air" keeps its dramas small but intense, "Moving Mountains" blows them out of proportion.

I know this is all "lol taking the ilm sux thread to heart", but y not?

seven months pass...

So I've got a friend's car this week and am driving around listening to a lot of radio, and "Trading Places" comes on once and hour. I can see why it could be (is?) a monster single: it kind of hits a sweet spot between conservative and transgressive. It's not like he wants to wear her drawers.
