The FBI is on the hunt for fugitive Marquis Jaroud Moon, who is wanted for allegedly recruiting a minor female to engage in prostitution. Between June and September of 2007, Moon is believed to have transported the minor female from Washington state to Portland, Oregon, and Sacramento, California, to work as a prostitute. He is believed to be travelling with a woman known as "Texo," who is not a fugitive from the the law.
