Mate of mine claims that the second SSC album contains the line "I shoot you, but not with a gun... with a camera". I really hope that's true.

Although labelled as Post-Grunge, the album has a considerable Metal sound that, along with the then-current nu metal era, caused many to throw InMe into that genre. Most of the songs on the album have a dark feel to them and showcase the vocal range of Dave McPherson, from light to heavy to almost unintelligible growling and screaming. This can be heard in songs like Wounds and Natural.

As I've said before, our radio station Head Of Music spoke of his love of "heavy rock", and in particular bands like Reuben and InMe.
