This might be a silly question, but why is this coming out on Hydra Head and not on Three One G? I thought the latter and Gold Standard Labs were tight bros (I mean, didn't they share a website for a while?).

It might well be something as simple as HH having a lot more money to throw about with pretty niche-audience reissues. Total guess though.
I've never heard The VSS but I'm into a good deal of their contemporaries. Were they one of the ones on a more gothic tip?

I think DJ Mencap hit it on the money. I got the advance of this a couple weeks ago and I'm really liking it. I'd never heard them before.

I need to revisit the VSS. Haven't heard them since in 10 years. I remember liking both the "early stuff" CD and Nervous Circuits. If you like Fugazi and Killing Joke, you need to hear the VSS

Live show was so rad

The singles collection, 21:51, was so rad that it was my ATM pin number for about ten years
Great band

Hello.

Reissues on Sargent House but more importantly they're thinking of playing out:
Thanks for all the excitement! We have zero shows arranged at the moment, just considering playing if it can work out in support of reissue.
