It's actually Roger Miller's pre-Mission of Burma college band. And it's pretty mediocre.

I really like Sproton Layer. So, isn't the stuff on the liner notes about them being 16 etc true? If they weren't 16 - I'd still like them. I just like that 'I want to show you a picture I made, it's red and black and blue and pencil' stuff. Who are 'Mission of Burma'?
