I did a search but all I found were a bunch of threads with no information at all. I will be in Baltimore for the day on Friday and need to know if there are any CD/vinyl stores worth checking out.
(While you're at it, you can recommend other things to do as well).

This thread has been derailed into Baltimore talk many times: washington dc record stores?
The Sound Garden is like the all around best, easy reccomendation, probably at least 50% of the CDs I've ever bought were from there: http://www.cdjoint.com/
True Vine is good for vinyl/obscure stuff, is about to change locations but I believe it's still in its old spot and open at the moment: http://www.thetruevinerecordshop.com/
Dimensions In Music also worth a look: http://www.dimensionsinmusic.com/
There's a new Baltimore club record store, Club Kingz, opening this month but unfortunately that'll be about a week after you're gonna be here. Also some local regional chains with some good stores in the are (CDepot, Record & Tape Traders used to be worth a damn but got bought out and ruined last year).

Is True Vine still any good after the move? I know they lost a lot of their stock but I'll be up there again today.
