I just noticed we don't have an 'identifying music' thread over here so I was hoping we could just use a specifical thread for identifying songs instead of diverse loose ones everytime we need help.
I just found a collection of mix cd's I had on my old house so be sure I'll be peskering you all week with those songs I can't remember. This is my first one:

Sounds abit like Underworld and I'm sure it was featured on some soundtrack, hits very familiar grounds but somehow I just can't quite put my finger on it. Please help. I tend to get very obsessive when it comes to tagging my mp3s.

Ok I got another one, some sort of rock-bossa fussion from the 70's.
Tried making a lyric search on google with no luck. (tried with 'walk on the sand and smell the sea' 'there is magic in the summertime' 'and the spring will bring the memory back again' which threw no results) so I'm guessing it comes from some sort of obscure record from the epoch. Voice sounds a bit like Arthur Lee from 'Love'. Please help:
