i have some ideas for this that involve a separate board w/ungooglability and maybe a private setting if that might interest people. we have the power and the technology.

I'm trying to get my footing in contemporary dancehall; been totally blown away by dancehall/dubstep crossover singles like Bug-Warrior Queen's "Poison Dart" and Turbulence's "Notorious", and I like my local station's dancehall show. But they never backsell.
I'd prefer a dozen or so, nothing too overwhelming.
Could make:Garage Punk Hardcore Punk/Pigfuck Early Rockabilly/Hillbilly Bop/Western Swingthe underheard Ellington

there is nothing wrong with trading physical objects that are mixtapes!
― genital grinder (roxymuzak), Tuesday, 16 September 2008 04:35 (seventeen years ago)
I support the premise of this thread.
I can trade:
cassette culture 80's tapesindustrial and late 80's post-industrial raritiesThinking Fellers bootlegsetc.
No requests as of yet.

Actually, I do have a request that I asked on Leonardo to no response.
Anybody got that post-Big Stick CD on Albertine by Drag Racing Underground? The only copy I see on the net is like $200 on Amazon, fuck that.
― sleeve, Tuesday, 16 September 2008 04:47 (seventeen years ago)
that's not a mix!!!
― genital grinder (roxymuzak), Tuesday, 16 September 2008 05:22 (seventeen years ago)
no, but it is potentially a CDR. I misunderstood the thread.
my mix offers still stand.

i could probably do the obscure black metal one. i don't know how obscure "very obscure" is, really, but what the hell.
― REIGN IN FUDGE (GOTT PUNCH II HAWKWINDZ), Tuesday, 16 September 2008 06:08 (seventeen years ago)
i want to make it clear that i am totally down with actual physical mixtapes as well. if people are doing cds, unless you are handpainting that shit, YSI is the same deal though, right?
