It's not as much the rhyming about ass and pussy that makes it good as much as the other bells and whistles surrounding that basic "Tour De France" style beat.. some of the most amazing scratching committed to vinyl got its start on 80s bounce singles. You had a lot of very strange and unique synth sounds which originated via bounce, before being used in more "acceptable" forms of electronic music.
But why is it good? Well, why do some think house is good? Or breaks? Or 2-step? etc. "THE BEAT THE BEAT THE BEAT THE BEAT". If bounce ain't your thing, then it ain't your thing. And that's... OK.
