Music Swap Shop

After a brief and none-too thorough testing, I'd like to bring your attention to a "swap shop" for music: Music Swap Shop

It's basically a bulletin board organised around musical artists where you can register wants and swaps, and browse other people's. Naturally more swaps are registered than wants -- "wants" being vague aspirations, and "swaps" being actual CDs (etc) that you have and want rid of.

NOTE: there is no suggested method to the actual swap, it's just a way to get people in touch with one another.

If you type "Belle and Sebastian" in, one of the artists it finds for you is Andrew WK. Should we be told?

From feedback I've received, I have extended ways to browse the site. artists in an A-Z style, plus you can now use the "Find" on swaps/wants (including "list all" by leaving the box blank)

Over 200 wants/swaps

Great idea. Do you know if people have already swapped, Alan? BTW Barbara Manning should be filed under M, I guess.

i don't know for sure, cos the site is just a board, and i'm not involved in the swap, but i think a couple of people have mentioned stuff in passing (tho one was a "swap" for cash!)

Bollocks, I just typed up a list of swaps and wants and it all came under "Atari Teenage Riot". Sorry.
