Nuggets II Vol. 3

Nuggets 1 Vol 1 is the original "Nuggets" collection and I guess that kinda speaks for itself. Plus it has "My World Fell Down" on it too...

Missed the vote, but this is Nuggets II/1 for me because it's the one I'd be most likely to give someone to show them that these boxes are great: hard to top the opening salvo. Thanks for the polls Bee OK, I had a blast listening over and over and thinking about each track. These boxes have a thematic unity I'd never really caught before, whether viewed together as a mental profile of a certain type of sixties rock dude, or separately as a catalog of psychological disorders. And all are supremely well designed mixtapes, selection and sequence are great across the board, so the best CD in the batch is usually just whichever one happens to be on.

General question for Nuggets-minded people: what's the next thing to get after you've digested these? The only other related comps I've got are Chocolate Soup For Diabetics, Psychedelic Microdots 1, and Back From The Grave 1.

Well I know Dr. C rates the Rubbles Collection, but the earth hasn't moved for me with that series yet.

Love, Peace & Poetry comps are good.
