Identify this music video solely based on a loose description?

I've been looking for this song for years now, hopefully I'll be able to get a clue in here... the problem is I don't remember anything about it safe the music video which used to receive frequent airplay on MTV during the mid-90s.

It was a pop song sung in african (or that's what my memory tells me) and in the music video there were several people with bodypaint representing different animals on a field. The climax of the video had all the animal species gathering together under a tree and frolicking around and stuff.

And yes, it's a sample from the dream academy! I completely recognized it this time around yet I couldn't make the connection between it and the Dario G song because I had completely forgotten what the former sounded like in the first place, just remembered it as a catchy radio single when I was very young.
