shocked if the mall or she knows what she wants (only track not produced by premo, right?) gets any votes. tough choice between militia and steez

― Granny Dainger, Thursday, 16 October 2008 21:37 (eighteen years ago)

^ it's not a bad choice. The other two frontrunners are obvious, but hey.

missed this thread - royalty is fire btw

"work" is bangin ... "above the clouds" was my joint

the skit at the beginning of 'jfk to lax' is pretty unintentionally funny. "What?!"

voted the militia but now i just remembered above the clouds which i probaly would have voted for

― ciderpress, Tuesday, 11 November 2008 01:07 (seventeen years ago)

Went for Militia. I would consider Work if the Big L verse from "Work Part II" was on the album. This is GangStarr's best album; You Know My Steez, Above the Clouds and Moment of Truth are all pretty excellent also.

above the clouds hands down for me but yeah this album is great. I put hard to earn above it but I still listen to this a bunch (I do ffwd past The Mall tho)

rep growz bigga chorus is like gang starr's greatest hits
